Can I send you ideas for a shirt?
Sure! If you have an idea for a design you'd like to see in our store email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do your shirts fit?
The men's/unisex shirts are a relaxed fit and are true to size. Depending on if you like your shirts more fitted or more loose you can refer to the size charts to help you choose the right size.
The women's shirts are a contour fit and run a bit smaller. Depending on if you like your shirts more loose, refer to the size chart to see if going a size up will fit you or check the Unisex shirts as an alternative.
Do you work with influencers and brand ambassadors?
We love working with people that enjoy our shirts and want to help promote with us. Contact us at email@example.com to work together.

SHIPPING & ORDERS
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 USD to anywhere in the USA, but if you buy 2 shirts shipping is FREE! We ship by USPS First Class and USPS Priority mail with tracking.
When will I receive my order?
Once you place your order we begin the process to print your shirt. Typically it will take around 3-10 business days to print and prepare your shirt for shipping. Once your shirt is ready, it is shipped to you by USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail and will deliver to you between 2-5 business days.

Has COVID-19 affected delivery times?
The time to process your order and print your shirts is 3-10 business days. Delivery times by USPS are typically 2-5 business days but this may be affected depending on your area. You can contact your local USPS to ask if there are any known delays in your area.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely! All orders are shipped by USPS with a tracking number that will be emailed and or sent by text.
Where are my shirts being printed?
All shirts are proudly printed in the USA.
Do you ship internationally?
We are working on accepting orders worldwide, but at the moment we only ship to the USA.
How do I make a change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and write "CHANGE ORDER" or "CANCEL ORDER" in the Subject and we will do our best to take care of it for you.
As long as your shirts aren't in print yet, your order can still be changed or cancelled. When your shirt is already being printed, we cannot cancel or change the order anymore since it is already being made.
